Official Medal Supplier to Run to the Beat 2010
September 29th, 2010
bespokemedals.com was the Official Medal Supplier to last weekends Run to the Beat in Greenwich, London.
It was only the third outing for the innovative music-themed running event since its debut in 2008, but already the half marathon has become a key event in the London sporting calendar.

Over 14,000 runners took to the start line which was positioned by the O2 Arena. The 13 mile course lead runners all around the Greenwich area, before returning back to the finish at the arena.

The course was designed to keep runners motivated and focused, set with 16 live music stations playing inspirational tunes for those taking the half marathon challenge.

Many runners were taking part to raise money for different charities, including Pacman here who was seen chasing a ghost along the course route!
The event's official charity was Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research, Running Imp's Charity of the Year for 2010.
The medals designed and produced by bespokemedals.com featured an original new design based on the musical theme of the event.
The medals were based on our Europa style, of which more information can be found at the link here.
